About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Site Leadership Team at Wensleydale Creamery in Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide financial leadership across both the Hawes and Kirkby Malzeard manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 5 to complete all financial aspects, including actual, budget, and forecast reporting.
  • Act as a business partner to the Site Director to ensure the best decisions are made for the business.
  • Own the financial development of the sites long-term operational plan and prepare an annual budget and monthly reforecast.

What You Will Contribute

  • Offer challenge and support to the Site Director, Leadership Team, and overall operations function.
  • Ensure adherence to Group minimum standards and contribute to the development of the sites long-term operational plan.
