Job Title: Residential Deputy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Deputy Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Residential Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership and management of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the wellbeing of residents and ensure their needs are met
  • Provide leadership and management to the care team, promoting independence and well-being for residents
  • Conduct staff supervisions and support team development
  • Work closely with the Care Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Deputy or Senior Care Assistant in residential care homes for older people
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding, and the MCA
  • A commitment to putting people first and promoting their well-being
