About This Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Data & Analytics Manager to join our Channels team within Business & Commercial Banking (BCB). As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the digitisation plans and harnessing data to personalise multi-channel client interactions.

The Channels team sits at the heart of our strategy, accountable for developing a leading customer engagement strategy. As a Data & Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading on analysing the impact of digital marketing and commercialisation activities to determine growth and further optimisation opportunities.

You'll work closely with our Product, Sales, Brands & Marketing, and Risk teams to deliver at pace. Your expertise in data analysis and visualisation will enable you to tell the story of performance, highlighting areas of focus and opportunity for your partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on analysing the impact of digital marketing and commercialisation activities
  • Use data visualisation skills to tell the story of performance
  • Regular performance tracking to enable effective management of the digital channel
  • Work across the multi-disciplinary team to understand the change agenda and forecast impacts on performance
