About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Follow care plans and ensure that residents receive the care and support they need
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a high-quality service

About You

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to have a caring and empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. You will also need to have some experience of caring for older people, either in a paid or unpaid capacity.
