Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of hardware device releases, from initial conception to final deployment. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of new devices and updates to our field workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Release Planning and Management: Develop and execute comprehensive release plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SW and HW engineering, operations, and field service) to align release schedules and resource allocation.
  • Manage release risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed for the device SW, HW releases .

Device Configuration and Deployment:

  • Oversee the configuration and provisioning of PDA devices to meet specific operational requirements.
  • Manage the deployment of devices to field personnel, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
  • Coordinate with field service teams to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
