Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Payroll Business Partner to join our team at Stott & May Professional Search Limited.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of international payroll laws and regulations.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their payroll needs, provide guidance on best practices, and implement efficient solutions.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum reflects your expertise and value to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage payroll processes for clients across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  2. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, standards, and laws.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data and payment history.
  4. Develop and implement efficient payroll systems and procedures to optimize client services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
