Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulating and executing a robust security data and tooling strategy that aligns with organizational goals and compliance mandates.
  • Assessing and incorporating suitable security technologies to bolster the overall security framework.
  • Overseeing and upholding the technical security standards and principles across all IT operations.
  • Creating and implementing security roadmaps while keeping up with industry advancements.
  • Identifying and addressing potential security threats and vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
  • Managing collaborations with key security partners and technology vendors, including Cyber Insurance providers.
  • Assisting Networks and Infrastructure teams in crafting effective security architectures, including firewalls, encryption methods, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Designing protective measures for the organization’s platforms.
  • Serving as the Security Technology Design Authority and approver at relevant Architectural Governance Boards.
  • Facilitating audit procedures to ensure adherence to necessary standards.
  • Providing mentorship to analysts and other members of the cybersecurity team.

Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrated professional experience in IT and cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity sector, including product and service trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of current cyber threats and corresponding mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with standards such as NIST, MITRE, and OWASP.
  • Solid technical expertise in areas such as Microsoft, Unix, Oracle, SAP, Cloud, Digital, and Networks.
  • Able to communicate technical security matters in an accessible manner.
  • Comprehension of the business implications of security risks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to lead discussions and make decisions.
  • Capability to handle competing priorities and perform under pressure.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strong personality.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Languages:
English proficiency is required; knowledge of French, Polish, or other languages is a plus.
