Executive Sales Strategist

We are a fast-growing company that is passionate about helping businesses succeed in the real estate market. Our innovative ESG software tools are designed to empower investors and fund managers with the insights needed to enhance asset performance and reduce environmental impact.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and develop and execute the sales strategy for our company. This role is focused on attracting new clients and building positive relationships with consultants and potential clients.
Responsibilities- To develop and execute the sales strategy for our ESG software tools.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and potential clients.
- To employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate negotiations and challenging partner conversations.
- Minimum 6 years of full-time experience in end-to-end sales and/or partnerships.
- Experience leading conversations with executive-level external partners.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as investment, real estate, infrastructure, business, economics, or sustainable finance.
- A competitive salary is offered, around $120,000 per year, plus variable compensation plan to reward high sales achievement.
- 25 paid vacation days per year, but opportunity for more if needed.
- Four months parental leave.

- We are a global company with remote employees, but we meet in person at least once a year.
