Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the voice of the customer to guide product development and iterations.
  • Identify and lead complex projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Proficiency in written and verbal in one of the following: French, Italian, or Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
  • Prior experience working in supply chain, Business Development, or top-tier consulting experiences
  • MBA/Master's degree
  • Other EU languages
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
