About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Pacifica Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the appliance repair industry.
  • Implement new client business and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with key clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports and KPIs to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to potentially manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the appliance repair industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to new systems with ease.
  • A Full, UK Driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Willingness to travel for offsite meetings with potential overnight stays.
