We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team at Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression. As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of installation works for our Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement, plan, and organize installation jobs to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Liaise with clients and the admin team to ensure timely completion of installation works.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure stock adjustments are completed.
- Schedule installation visits with sites in accordance with customer and site requirements.
- Create documentation for clients and engineers for works completed.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with engineers and customers to ensure all installations are actioned and timescales are met.
- Enter data into our CRM system and customer portals.
- Invoice and perform general service administration duties.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
- Excellent planning and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with ability to use initiative to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- At least 2 years' experience in a scheduling/planning/coordinating role.
- Experience of scheduling field-based colleagues, such as engineers, would be an ideal background.
- Basic salary up to £26,000 per annum subject to experience.
