About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Weddings Manager to join our team at a beautiful and renowned hotel. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for converting weddings and special events enquiries into successful bookings, as well as driving sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in wedding planning, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus scheme with up to 10% of salary based on business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert weddings and special events enquiries from initial stages through to final details
  • Communicate client requirements to the Operational team
  • Drive the weddings and events sales strategy forward through implementing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct show rounds for weddings and special events
