Board Office Manager

Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Administrative Support: Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Board to ensure the smooth management of their day-to-day affairs.
- Diary Management: Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments for the Directors.
- Travel Arrangements: Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation when restrictions allow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments - assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary, across different time zones.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation – when restrictions allow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Superior organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Confidentiality: Total confidentiality is essential.
