- Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and you will be supported and encouraged by your team manager to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Proven Call Centre and/or Customer Service Experience: You will have a proven track record of working in a call centre or customer service environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Telephone Manner: You will have excellent telephone manner, with the ability to display empathy and build strong relationships with clients.
- Knowledge and Experience of Pensions: You will have knowledge and experience of pensions, although this is not essential.
- Excellent Attention to Detail: You will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and use your initiative.
- Competitive Salary: You will receive a competitive salary of £22,542 per annum.
- 23 Days' Holiday: You will receive 23 days' holiday, rising to 27 days, with the opportunity to buy additional days.
