Your New Role

We're seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Private Medical Insurance Customer Retention and Service Team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, live chat, and email.

About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic entry-level position that offers the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, take on new challenges, and achieve accreditation that allows you to make recommendations to customers. You'll collaborate closely with our team to identify customer needs and ensure their concerns are addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via various channels.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify customer needs.
  • Develop skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
  • Take on new challenges and responsibilities.

What You'll Get

  • Salary – £25,500 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary, actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's.
