We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Reproductive Medicine Unit at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a significant interest in reproductive medicine and will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading the team in providing excellent clinical services.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver effective patient-focused care and lead the team in providing excellent clinical services.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Provide education and training to patients and staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Person Specification- Registered nurse Part 1, 2 or relevant section of the register.
- Masters qualification or evidence of actively working towards this.

- Proven experience in working within reproductive medicine.
- Proven evidence of management/leadership skills and autonomous practice.
