At St Andrew's Healthcare, we are committed to providing world-class mental healthcare services. We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our Secure Services in Birmingham, working closely with our NHS partners in the West Midlands Provider Collaborative (REACH OUT) partnership.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape services further through strategic decision-making, improvement projects, and joint working with our NHS partners. You will also be able to undertake research projects as part of our commitment to innovation and world-class care.

We are looking for a candidate with MRCPsych or equivalent and a CCT in Forensic or General Adult Psychiatry. The post holder will be required to undertake on-call duties on a rota basis.

The role offers a competitive salary, travel allowance, sickness policy on par with NHS, 41 days annual leave, car lease scheme, free parking, cycle to work scheme, relocation allowance subject to status, ongoing CPD, and much more.
