Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying prospect decision-makers, uncovering critical business issues, and stimulating interest in our solutions. Your primary focus will be on managing the full sales cycle from cold calling to closing deals, ensuring a smooth handoff to implementations upon closing, and maintaining data integrity within our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on demonstration requests and other marketing-qualified leads
  • Full sales cycle management (from cold calling to closing deals)
  • Identify prospect decision-makers, uncover critical business issues, stimulate interest
  • Schedule demonstrations while making and tracking activities
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to Implementations upon closing
  • Ensure CRM data integrity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors
  • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations
