About the Role

Audible is seeking a skilled Coordinator to support the management and execution of our original content strategy. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with content creators, agents, and recognized IP and brands to bolster the content offering that Audible provides its customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the submissions process for Audible Originals, ensuring timely communication with external partners and prioritizing relationships to efficiently progress content opportunities.
  • Liaise effectively with Production, Marketing, Finance, and Public Relations to ensure Audible Original projects stay on track from acquisition to launch.
  • Assist the editorial production process for Audible Original books, including supporting a network of freelance book editors.
  • Support conference attendance and awards submissions across the originals slate.
  • Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as needed.
