Global Content Coordinator Job Description

At Redefined Ltd, we're seeking a skilled Global Content Coordinator to join our Global Content team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide organisational and administrative support to the team in facilitating the flow of non-scripted content.
  • Manage internal queries and update internal systems as projects progress.
  • Responsible for Secondary Clearance Forms and responding to general day-to-day queries from Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
  • First point of contact for all Marketing queries related to sales markets.
  • Organise pre-market sales conferences and create slides and toolkits.
  • Work with Google Drive, handling sensitive information and dealing with confidential matters.
  • Responsible for creating half-year and end-of-year producer reports.
  • Produce ad hoc sales reports using data within ITV's business portal software system.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and relationship skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the television production and distribution business.
  • Familiarity with Google Mail, Google suite of applications and ability to learn new IT systems.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with a problem-solver approach.
  • Mature and professional presentation when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
