About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director who can build and lead a successful sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience working in the technology sector. You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to drive results and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a high-performing sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in sales management or equivalent
- Experience in technology-related sales or new business experience in the tech industry
- Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills; motivated and result-oriented
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with cloud technology
- Experience working within the Energy and Utilities market
About the Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth and expansion.
