Sales Administrator Permanent Role in Congleton
We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. Based in Congleton, this role will provide key support to customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the tendering process for sales quotations.
- Produce accurate and timely quotations for clients.
- Update Sage and CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Process customer orders efficiently and effectively.
- Purchase goods as required by the business.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner.
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
