As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services to our members, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision of the gym floor and undertake various gym appointments, including gym programming, reviews, and floor-based coaching.
- Engage with members to increase retention and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Deliver the highest quality service throughout the Centre, inspiring and motivating customers to increase retention.
Person Specification
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in health and fitness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pro-active and good organizational skills.
Requirements
- L2 Fitness Instructing qualification.
- Ability to obtain qualifications in Exercise Referral.
- Computer competent with MS Office software and email.
