Job Title: Group Exercise Instructor
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Wave Leisure Trust. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group exercise classes to participants of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and effective group exercise classes that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with participants, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of group exercise programs that meet the needs of our diverse community.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
Requirements
- ETM Qualification and/or Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of all ages and abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
