Job Title: Fitness Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Hillbrow Health & Wellbeing. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services to our members, including gym programming, reviews, and floor-based coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision of the gym floor and undertake various gym appointments
  • Deliver high-quality service to our members, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their fitness goals
  • Recruit and retain members through high levels of engagement and connection
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the gym

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification and experience working in a similar environment.
