South London Property Group Ltd T/A Dalby Property Recruitment is a leading estate agency and lettings agent, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Lettings Manager who is responsible for ensuring the branch hits targets, is profitable, wins new business, and retains current clients. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the industry, a great track record in lettings, and of winning instructions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to win new business and retain existing clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Conduct valuations and listings to ensure accurate pricing and presentation of properties
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales and lettings performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in lettings management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and lettings targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Full driving license and ability to travel
