Senior Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our team at South London Property Group Ltd T/A Dalby Property Recruitment. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of lettings professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Manage and maintain a thorough knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and competitor activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in lettings sales and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of the local property market and current trends
