Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Professional to join our team at LTF Recruitment. As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of our students, working closely with the class teacher to deliver daily lessons and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for students.
• Provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement targeted interventions, enhancing student development and progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, providing valuable insights for teachers and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall management and supervision of the classroom, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of students.
• A willingness to collaborate with teachers and other staff members to achieve common goals.
