Wellbeing Worker Advocate

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for a people person who wants to make a lasting difference in someone's life. As a Wellbeing Worker Advocate, you will work across Derbyshire to improve the lives of individuals in recovery from ill mental health.

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and positive individual to join our dedicated team. You will provide weekly support to people in their own homes or in the community, helping them with day-to-day living tasks or accessing places of interest. The successful candidate will be able to make on-the-spot decisions and handle challenging situations confidently.

What We Offer:

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a great benefits package including 27 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and excellent training opportunities. Flexible working options are also available.

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • An enhanced DBS check
