Role Overview

RGH-Global is seeking an experienced Tax Director to lead the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance work, driving strategic partnerships and delivering projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management and project leadership, with a strong understanding of UK corporate tax laws and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance work, ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage and motivate a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with UK corporate tax laws and regulations, applying knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Law, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate tax, with a proven track record in client relationship management and project leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
