Job Title: Senior Protection Product Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Protection Product Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Protection Product Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our protection products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and prioritizing changes to prevent customer harm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the product owner for the UK Protection Product Management Team
  • Ensure that all products comply with upcoming regulatory changes
  • Prioritize changes to prevent customer harm
  • Deliver Value for Money, risk, and audit actions for the Product Management Team
  • Present regular updates on products to relevant committees and stakeholders
  • Ensure that any system or process changes do not negatively affect customer outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of UK Protection products and regulations
  • Experience in leading and delivering large-scale projects
  • Background in product propositions or as a product owner
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work
