The Investment Managers Assistant role plays a vital part in supporting investment managers in their daily activities across various administrative and organisational functions. Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for the Investment Managers Assistant role include:

  • Providing a full range of administrative services to the team.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the office.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintaining the franking machine and ensuring an adequate supply of stamps and pre-paid envelopes.
  • Arranging for printer repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensuring the office has adequate stationery, including the most recent account opening forms and marketing materials.
  • Answering the telephone and transferring calls, taking messages, and recording telephone notes on client files.
  • Maintaining records such as the H&S log and Financial Promotions log.
