Investment Management Assistant Role

Our client, a leading Independent Investment Manager, is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support their Investment Managers with administrative and client-driven activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Investment Managers with portfolio management for discretionary and advisory clients
  • Manage client accounts, including opening and maintenance
  • Perform general administration and data entry duties
  • Maintain due diligence documentation
  • Execute trades and monitor investment fund progress
  • Contribute to the development of investment models and strategies
  • Ensure client portfolios align with their goals and risk tolerance
  • Prepare investment proposals and support the creation of investment strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous support experience in the Investment or Financial services sector (not retail banking)
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritizing, and organizational abilities

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Independent Investment Manager, offering a friendly and dynamic working environment, along with a competitive remuneration and benefits package.

Working Arrangements:

The role will primarily be office-based for the first month for training purposes, followed by a flexible arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
