We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Custody FX and Program Trading team at BNY Mellon.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the strategic direction for our custody FX product offering in EMEA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Collaborate with sales, trading, and other internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize new product opportunities.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including product design, development, launch, and ongoing enhancement.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Vast working experience preferred.
- Track record of self-directed innovation and product development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
