Job Title: Managing Director - Corporate FX

At StoneX, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead our Corporate FX sales and trading operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our FX sales and trading operations within the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement complex hedging strategies to meet client risk profiles and trading objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their FX hedging needs and requirements.
  • Execute FX trades efficiently while maintaining a strong sales approach to ensure client satisfaction and portfolio growth.
  • Monitor market changes, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and inform trading strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on trading strategies, market insights, and overall progress.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the FX market, including familiarity with various FX products and hedging strategies.
  • Several years of experience on an FX trading desk at a bank or large financial institution, with a subsequent transition into a sales-oriented role.
  • Exceptional ability to balance sales and trading tasks, demonstrating expertise in negotiating and closing deals while managing complex trades.
  • Strong communication and client service skills, capable of effectively managing client expectations and building professional relationships.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise and implement complex trading strategies based on client needs and market conditions.
