Business Growth Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all commercial operations on a planned works contract, including kitchen and bathroom schemes, passive fire/FRA, decarbonisation works, electrical remediation, legal/disrepair, and voids.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering planned maintenance contracts, achieving targeted profit margins, and strategic growth. A strong understanding of commercial operations, procurement, and supply chain management is essential for this role.
Salary: Up to £90K + Benefits, depending on experience. Based in Hertfordshire/London area.
