In this role, you will be responsible for delivering care and support to our clients, which includes companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each client receives the best possible care and support.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times. You will also need a responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work.

We offer an excellent salary of £11.50 per hour, based on the location and job requirements. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, pension scheme, benefits and well-being platform, cycle to work scheme, refer a friend scheme, and blue light card eligibility.
