About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Supported Living Officer to join our team at Elim Housing Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to vulnerable parents in the West of England and Gloucestershire.
Job Description- As a Supported Living Officer, you will establish and maintain trusting relationships with parents, assessing their strengths, support needs and risks, and identifying opportunities for education, training and employment.
- You will work closely with external agencies, including statutory agencies, to safeguard and facilitate the effective delivery of support and improve outcomes for those receiving our services.
The salary for this role is around £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include access to training and career development through Elim Skills Academy, access to our Employee Assistance Programme, and free onsite parking. With empathy with the causes of homelessness for vulnerable parents and the barriers they face, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our team.
