Vistry South East is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

- About the Role: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our new homes and attracting new customers to our developments. You will be responsible for managing leads, conducting site visits, and providing expert advice to customers on our range of new homes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences;
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and other stakeholders to promote our brand and products;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the sales process;
- Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You should also have a proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction.
- What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
- Other Information: This is a full-time role, based at our Avisford Grange development in Walberton, BN18 0LS. You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of customers and the business, including evenings and weekends as required.
