About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Commercial Landscape division at Aggregate Industries UK Limited. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development, market positioning, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Product Strategies: Create and implement product strategies to increase market share and profitability in the commercial landscape sector.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with design, development, and launch teams to create innovative products that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Analyze industry trends and customer preferences to inform product development decisions.
  • Manage the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Work with sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor Product Performance: Analyze product performance and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in product management within the commercial landscape or related industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends into actionable product strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Innovative and Result-Driven: Innovative and result-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant Qualification: A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
