Job Overview
Athena Resourcing Solutions is a growing and respected swimming school, operating lessons for all ages with a focus on fun and learning. We are seeking passionate and highly motivated swimming teachers with ASA Level 2 qualifications who place great importance on customer care and swimming standards.

About the Role
We have vacancies for Part-time work 1 – 2 shifts per week or on an annual contract working circa 20 - 30 hours per week. As a professional team member, you will help develop our swimming school to achieve consistently high standards of customer service while promoting lifelong learning skills through swimming.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead your own classes and work with an assistant for fundamental classes
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of all ages
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching methods and standards

Required Skills and Qualifications
- ASA Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering high-quality swimming lessons and excellent customer service

Benefits
- Competitive salary circa £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
