We’re Gartenart, the UK's leading experts in swimming pond construction and maintenance, and we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our swimming pond maintenance crew.

**Position Overview**:
As a Swimming Pond Maintenance Team Member, you'll be an essential part of our team dedicated to keeping our natural swimming ponds in pristine condition. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to delivering top-notch service. You'll be responsible for the regular upkeep and maintenance of our swimming ponds, ensuring they remain inviting and enjoyable for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on swimming ponds and natural swimming pools.

Work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.

Conduct site visits and inspections as required to ensure the ponds are in top shape.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client enquiries and concerns.

Maintain a regular work schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Fill out maintenance reports.

Daily reporting to the maintenance manager.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in maintenance work is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel and stayaway as required.

A valid UK driver's license is essential.

**Work Hours**:
Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30.

Overtime availability during working week.

**Benefits**:
Competitive salary of £24-£28K based on experience.

20 days of holiday. Holiday allowance increases by 1 day for each year you remain with the company, up to 5 years.
