Chief Academic Officer

Wayman Group is seeking an exceptional Head of Physics to lead our academic team at a remarkable school in Enfield. As Chief Academic Officer, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and guidance to colleagues to ensure exceptional teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' curiosity and passion for Physics.
- Maintain high standards of student performance and teacher evaluation, implementing strategies for improvement as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in Physics education, incorporating cutting-edge knowledge into your teaching practices.
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics or a related field; a postgraduate degree is highly desirable.
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary level, with a track record of achieving outstanding results.
