Highway Maintenance Operative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operative to join our team at Ringway Jacobs. As an Operative with LGV, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highway network, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our roads.
Key Responsibilities
- Pothole repair and carriageway defect reinstatements
- Carriageway and footway patching and construction
- Drainage works, including laying pipes, resetting ironwork and gully / access chamber construction
- Kerbing works
- Installation of road signs and other small civil works
About You
We are looking for individuals with a strong background in highways maintenance, who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A current, valid driving licence is essential, with LGV Class 2 entitlement highly desirable. New Roads and Streetworks or NHSS 12 training and qualifications would be highly beneficial.
