About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can take ownership of process development and implementation, ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical paths, documenting control procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions.

About You

  • You have a degree in food or a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years' experience in process development within a chilled food environment.
  • You possess excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of HACCP and Food Safety principles.
  • You are a team player with a passion for driving innovation and improving processes, and you have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer
