Job Overview

We pride ourselves on producing high-quality meat products while prioritizing sustainability and animal welfare. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plants across Ireland and the UK ensure that our innovative products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and process meat products using knives and other equipment to production specifications, including breaking jaws, trimming plucks, and offal products.
  2. Cut and trim meat products to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  3. Ensure a clean work environment and adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
  4. Maintain productivity levels and collaborate with colleagues to meet task deadlines.
  5. Store and handle meat products effectively to prevent waste and spoilage.
  6. Conduct quality inspections on meat products to ensure compliance with established standards.
  7. Continuously enhance knife skills and meat processing techniques through training and development.

This full-time position requires flexible working hours, including Monday to Friday shifts from 06:30 AM until production completion, with weekends off. The estimated salary for this role is £12.44-19.44 per hour, dependent on experience.

A successful candidate will possess relevant experience in knife skills or meat processing, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
