About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Podiatrist to join our welcoming team in the Community Podiatry Department at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. As a Podiatrist, you will play a vital role in promoting foot health and wellness in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical treatment and care to the community of Rotherham as directed by the clinical lead.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care using a high degree of dexterity.
  • Responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of podiatric care of patients in the community.
  • Prioritize caseload accordingly depending on the patients' medical and clinical needs.

Person Specification

  • Essential
    • Degree/Diploma in Podiatry.
    • Registered with Health Professions Council.
    • Evidence of Continual Professional Development.
  • Desirable
    • Post Graduate qualification or evidence of working towards.
  • Experience
    • Post graduate Podiatry experience.
    • Experience of NHS working.
    • Working with Podiatry Assistants.
    • Ability to perform a broad range of clinical skills.
    • Valid UK drivers license and vehicle to travel between locations.
