**Job Overview**

A seasoned finance professional is sought to lead our finance department, providing strategic support and expertise to drive business growth.

This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Hold relevant accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Significant technical knowledge and experience in accountancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor cash flow, forecast future financial performance, and implement strategies to optimize financial results.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial results, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and consider full or part-time applications from 2-5 days per week.
