**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Leader to join our Morepeople 01780 site in Ebbw Vale. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will drive Commercial and Operational initiatives.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in financial management, with a proven track record of leading projects to improve margins and reduce costs sustainably.

You will take overall responsibility for monthly site management accounts, highlighting variances against weekly reports, budget, and prior year performance.

In addition, you will regularly forecast site performance and lead the annual budgeting process.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
