Clinical Team Leader

Cygnet Hospital Harrow is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Team Leader to join our team. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse / RMN or Learning Disability Nurse / RNLD, you will be responsible for supervising nurses and support workers, ensuring effective care and allocation of duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Coordinate patient programs of care, focusing on risk assessment and management
  • Monitor staff rotas and ensure effective staffing on shifts
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the hospital and creation of a patient-centered atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Registered Nurse Mental Health Nurse / RMN or Learning Disability / RNLD with a current Pin Number
  • Ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity
  • Good understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices
  • Commitment to patient recovery and risk management
